Pico laser energy targets areas of unwanted pigmentation including sun spots, freckles, uneven tone and melasma to help support a clearer, more even-looking complexion. Treatment is personalised to your skin type and the nature of your pigmentation. Individual results will vary.
Tattoo Removal
Enlighten SR delivers ultra-short pulses of laser energy to break down tattoo ink, allowing the body to naturally clear it over time. Suitable for a range of ink colours and tattoo types. What to Expect After
Following these guidelines will help you achieve the best possible outcome and minimise any potential side effects.
Before Your Treatment
- Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds and fake tan for at least two weeks before treatment
- Do not undergo treatment with an active tan or sunburn on the area
- Avoid retinol, exfoliants and harsh active skincare for at least 5 days prior
- Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment to keep your skin hydrated
- Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup, lotions and oils
- Let your clinician know about any medications and relevant medical history
After Your Treatment
- Apply SPF50+ daily and avoid direct sun exposure on the treated area
- Avoid heat, saunas, hot showers and strenuous exercise for 24 to 48 hours
- Do not pick or scratch any darkened flecks as the skin naturally renews
- Keep the skin clean and use only gentle, recommended products
- Avoid retinol, exfoliants and active skincare until cleared by your clinician
- Continue drinking plenty of water to support healing and skin renewal

I am a Paramedic, Registered Nurse and owner of Crème Studio. I hold a dual Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Paramedicine, alongside a Graduate Diploma in Cosmetic Injectables and Dermal Science.
I take a mindful approach to beauty and ageing, focusing on skin and aesthetic treatments that are age-appropriate and respect each individual's natural anatomy. My passion is driven by a deep interest in skin health and I excel in understanding and treating conditions such as pigmentation, rosacea and acne.
I'm incredibly proud to bring Enlighten SR Pico laser treatments to our community. Big-city treatments that truly work shouldn't be out of reach just because of where you live.

I bring a wealth of clinical knowledge, leadership and patient care to our team. I have previously held senior leadership roles within the Hunter New England Health service, mentoring multidisciplinary teams and driving excellence in clinical practice.
Now transitioning into the skin landscape, I have undertaken advanced laser and skin education — combining my strong medical background with a genuine passion to help clients achieve their goals while prioritising safety. I have a thorough understanding of laser physics in the context of skin rejuvenation and specialise in treating complex skin conditions using our Enlighten SR platform.
